Website Review Criteria

As part of our website review process, we will be confirming your website meets the following requirements:

• The business trade name on the application corresponds with the website name
• The product page has a sufficiently detailed description of goods being provided
• The transaction currency (CDN and/or USD) is displayed
• The return/refund policies are disclosed. You must have a refund policy
• Your customer service contact information is clearly disclosed.
• The country in which the business is officially registered is displayed
• An appropriate Visa and MasterCard acceptance mark is displayed. Authorized logos may be found at visa.com and mastercard.com
• The security and privacy policy is disclosed
